The Promoter is OpenAgent Pty Ltd ABN 93 161 595 679 of 100 Harris Street Pyrmont NSW 2009 (OpenAgent). OpenAgent reserves the right to modify these terms.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over that are invited by OpenAgent Pty Ltd ABN 93 161 595 679 (OpenAgent) to complete and submit an online survey during the promotional period. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
The promotion commences 16/4/2025 in all states and territories. Entries close on 8/5/2025 at 11:59pm. The draw will take place at 100 Harris Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009 Australia on 9/5/2025 at 10am. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 14 days of the draw.
There are three (3) prizes of equal value, each being an AUD$150 VISA gift card randomly selected from all eligible entries. The total of the prizes is valued at AUD$450.
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries. The winners will be notified by email. Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable.
The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary on 30/5/2025 at 5:30pm, in order to redraw the prize should it be unclaimed by that date. All entrants must be of the age of 18 years or over. Any winner/s of a previously unclaimed prize will be notified by mail or email.
Each entrant may only enter one valid entry to this promotion.
Entries can only be made in an individual’s own name and in their own capacity and no entry can be made for or on behalf of any other person, venture or organisation.
No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. Data collected from this survey will be used in promotional activities for the benefit of the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.openagent.com.au/legal/privacy-policy. This may include use of first names and quotes provided from all valid entries. If you do not agree to such data usage, you must not participate in the promotion.
In the event of any dispute, the dispute will be passed to the Co-CEOs of OpenAgent and their decision will be final.
